4. No refund. We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your nail, we are committed to repair your nail within 7 days, ensuring your complete satisfaction.
5. To provide you with an exceptional and personalized experience, our technicians and staff may suggest upgrades or additional services that can enhance your visit. We kindly ask for your understanding that if you agree to these recommendations, you will be responsible for the payment associated with those changes.
